What we are pitching

A 5-minute short film, entirely developed and produced using AI tools, as a campaign concept for Reciprocal, a mental health support service for healthcare professionals. The film follows one physiotherapist through a single working day, and shines a light on something we all too easily forget.

The Cast

Five characters. All AI generated.

Sara.

Physiotherapist · Lead Character

African-American, early thirties. Sara is the still centre of the film, warm, tireless, giving every patient exactly what they need. She is never the one who falls apart. She is the one who stays.

Her character is built in restraint. We rarely see what it costs her, only glimpses. The pause before the door opens. The fingers pressed to her eyes. The way she holds on a moment longer in the hug. The lamp going out.

How this was made

Story and Script

Concept, synopsis and full screenplay developed collaboratively with Claude. Multiple drafts refining structure, dialogue and emotional arc until every scene earned its place.

Character Design

Each character cast entirely through AI image generation. Bespoke prompts per role, ethnicity, age, emotional register, the specific quality of expression. Dozens of iterations per character.

Location Design

The rehabilitation room designed from scratch, starting with a detailed floor plan, used as a visual bible for all subsequent location image generation.

Storyboard Generation

Each of the 14 frames generated individually using Flow AI. Bespoke prompts for every shot, lighting, emotional register and colour grade all specified in detail.

Brand Identity

Reciprocal, the care that should come back to those who give it. Logo generated with ChatGPT.

Editing and Presentation

The film edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. This pitch presentation built in HTML/CSS, every element produced using AI tools, from first word to final frame.
